General Bookkeeping,
This is the recording of source transactions into a companies bookkeeping system right up to reconciliations and balancing of all the general ledger accounts, all in preparation to produce an accurate Trail balance for further analysing and processing.
This also consists of tidying up of transactions and bringing all balances and accounts up to date.

Management accounts,
Once an accurate Trail balance has been generated we can produce management accounts for certain periods as required.

Year end financial reporting,
We update and prepare all account information and produce an interim set of financial statements in preparation for audit, or to be overlooked and adjusted by a CPA depending on the country the company exists in and in accordance with the reporting and tax laws of those particular countries.

Accounts Payable,
Updating, maintaining and management of all accounts payable and making the payments where able to.
​
Accounts Receivable,
Updating, maintaining and management of all accounts receivable, producing reports and updates of each customer's account and possibly follow up on outstanding debts, where able.

Administration work,
Limited administration work, such as invoicing, communication with third parties affecting accounting department, and as needed provided the team member is capable of carrying out the required work.
